Frank J. DiVittorio
Title Attorney and Owner
Frank J. DiVittorio is a Louisiana attorney, law-firm owner, and title-company owner with experience in real estate transactions, title resolution, civil litigation, business matters, construction disputes, estate planning, mediation, arbitration, and appellate practice.
At Victory Title, Frank conducts residential and commercial real estate closings and coordinates settlement services with lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. His work includes examining abstracts, reviewing title commitments and transaction documents, and addressing title defects, liens, curative issues, recording requirements, funding conditions, and post-closing documentation.
Frank earned his Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from Louisiana State University. He is admitted to Louisiana state courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts in Louisiana.
